Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders below $100 have a flat fee of $10.
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. The JNS Books N Plants is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or the replacement of lost orders sent with incorrect shipping information.
Our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide a residential address for the delivery at checkout.
Books
We will aim to ship your items within 3-5 business days of orders. We are a small business. We but will do our best to update you if your order is running late.
Plants & Accessories
We have chosen to offer our Plants & Accessories exclusively for pick-up only.
By allowing customers to personally collect their items, we can guarantee that the plants are carefully handled, maintaining their vitality and health until they reach your care. This approach minimizes the risks associated with transportation and allows us to provide you with the finest and healthiest plants possible.
