Refund and Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY

At JNS Books N Plants, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please take note of our return policy:

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We gladly accept returns for brand new and sealed items within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Due to the unique nature of pre-owned books, we regret to inform you that these are not eligible for returns. We thoroughly inspect our pre-owned books to ensure they are in good condition before listing them for sale. If you have any questions about a pre-owned book's condition, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for more.

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided.
  • An unboxing video of your purchased item will be required. NO unboxing video, No Return, No Replacement.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us directly.

Photos/Videos of defective or damaged items will be required.

Please note that JNS Books N Plants reserves the right to refuse returns if the item is not returned in its original condition or does not meet our return policy criteria.
